ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS

Description:

Canada's "knarliest" ultra-marathon takes runners across the North Shore of Vancouver, starting at Horseshoe Bay and running along the Baden-Powell Trail to Deep Cove. The course covers over 16,000 feet of elevation change (8,000 ft. up, 8,300 ft. down) through some of the most beautiful scenery in British Columbia.

This is a demanding course and will appeal to people with some experience in trail and/or endurance events. Competitors must complete the race within ten hours; cut-off times will be enforced from the half-way mark onwards.

Instructions:

  1. Read the entry form (twice).
  2. Complete all information on the application. Incomplete applications will be returned.
  3. Read, understand and sign official waiver.
  4. Write a cheque or money order for $80 ($60 US) payable to: Northshore Ultra Trailrunning Society. NO post-dated cheques.
  5. Enclose application and payment in an envelope with sufficient postage.
  6. Mail envelope to address below. Applications postmarked later than February 22, 1999 will be returned.
