After much therapy and counseling from a mental breakdown due to the enormous responsibility of Training Run Co-ordinator 1998, I have delegated this job to Rod Hatfull this year. Rod is training to become a psycologist, so this job hopefully will not have a similar effect on him!
Below is the schedule of the 1999 training runs. Please note the place and time for each Sunday morning run. These runs are a friendly way to get to know your fellow trailrunners and the Knee Knacker course. Be prepared to buddy-up (run with a partner) to minimize search and rescues. Anyone can participate. You dont have to be in Knee Knacker 99, so bring a friend or partner that wants to try trailrunning. Out of town runners welcome!
