Hello fellow participants, I hope your preparations are proceeding as you would hope. We look forward to another successful year of training, and hope to see you all participate in the Sunday runs. For the first timers, its an excellent way to learn the trails, and gain confidence in a supportive and challenging environment. For you veterans it's an opportunity to show up the new crop of eager young runners, and prove yet again you can conquer the north shore trails.
Below is the schedule for the 2000 training runs. Please note the place and time for each run. Be prepared to buddy-up (run with a partner) to minimize search and rescues. Anyone can participate. You dont have to be in Kneeknacker 00, so bring a friend or partner that wants to try trail running.
