The Knee Knacker is proud to be a part of the first-ever trailrunning series in British Columbia. Here's the scoop from Series Coordinator Rob Lang on this challenging series of 6 trail races in our beautiful province:
I am pleased to announce that B.C. now has a series of trail ultras. The six races are, Diez Vista, Elk/Beaver, Larch Hills, Knee Knacker, Walk In The Park and Silvertip. If you do three you're in. All competition in age groups M/F, under 39, 40-49 and 50+. Winners in each of the six categories get Montrail shoes (and bragging rights). Second and Third gets other Montrail stuff.
