Below is the schedule for the 2001 training runs. Please note the place and time for each run. Be prepared to buddy-up (run with a partner) to minimize search and rescues. Anyone can participate. You dont have to be in Kneeknacker 2001, so bring a friend or partner that wants to try trail running.
Please note that this year we will be holding our official group runs on Saturdays, rather than Sundays. We hope this can be more accommodating for runners with family and other obligations on Sundays.
