One important food function of a successful Knee Knacker Race is to have cooked potatoes at some of the aid stations on race day (Saturday, July 13, 2002). These help the runners to quickly gain back some easily digestable carbohydrates. If you would like to help us out in this regard by cooking up a whole mess of potatoes the day or two before, please contact Sharon Hope, our fantastic aid station coordinator. Her e-mail is We thank you and our runners thank you! |
