| This year's N.U.T.S. trail work party will be held on Saturday, June 7, at 9:00 a.m. Entry into the Knee Knacker also makes you a member of the Northshore Ultra Trailrunning Society (N.U.T.S.). All helpers are welcome however regardless of being entered in the race or not. Please bring a friend. |

| What | We will be completing a ramp to a new bridge and also upgrading a section of trail nearby. We will be working in two groups. If we get everything done in quick time then we will find more things to be done in this same area. |
| Where | Baden Powell Trail, Hyannis Point. Meet at the very end of Berkley Avenue. Berkley is north from Mt. Seymour Parkway. This is the major intersection with traffic lights just prior to Ron Andrews Recreation Centre in North Van on the way out to Deep Cove. Once you have reached the end of Berkley Avenue, turn left on to Hyannis Drive. We will be parking on the streets of Hyannis and Berkley. Please pay due respect to the neighbourhood when parking and talking. You are representing the Northshore Ultra Trailrunning Society and all trail users. |
| Bring |
Treats and coffee will be provided by Delany's. Please bring other food and drinks that will keep you going for at least 4 hours. Be sure to have a good breakfast. |
| How Long | We need people to work for at least 2 hours but preferably 4 to 6 hour shifts. If you show up after 9:00 a.m. and we've left already, just make your way up to the Baden Powell Trail until you find us. It will take only a few minutes to get to our spot. |
| Supplies | Tools and materials will be provided by the District of North Vancouver. We may have gloves available but please bring your own gloves and appropriate clothing. You will be getting dirty. If you have a favourite tool, you're welcome to bring it but make sure it is marked with your name. |
