• Packet Pickup – Final reminder - you must pick up your packet Thursday, July 6^th or Friday, July 7^th (5:30pm – 8:00pm) at North Shore Athletics.
   
• Race Briefing – Friday, July 7^th at 7:00pm – mandatory for first time Knee Knackerers
   
• North Shore Athletics Coupon – In addition to the prizes and sponsorship that NSA provides, attached is a coupon with great discounts for Knee Knacker participants.  Thank you to NSA for their continued support over the years.
