Dear Knee Knacker Runners, Guests, and Volunteers.

If you attended this year's banquet, you'll know that we had a great celebration of Knee Knacker's 20th annual running.  Unfortunately, you'll also know that we had a disappointment by the caterer when it became clear that the food wasn't ready for service.  This is the first issue that we've had in all the years of working with the caterer.

Let me apologize to you for the experience.  I was upset and disappointed for you and all our guests.  I talked to our caterer afterwards to review the problem, and she sincerely apologized to the race and to you.

Steps will be taken to ensure this is improved next year.  If you were a guest who paid for your ticket and would like a refund, please email your contact information to me through the web form and we will send you a refund.
