Knee Knacker Trail Work Party, 8:45 am Saturday May 31st

A good way to earn your volunteer hours!

This year's Knee Knacker Trail Work Party will involve a project on the Baden Powell Trail in the Mosquito Creek area at the top of Prospect Road in North Vancouver.  This stretch of trail has some steep sections that are worn down and rough areas that need our attention.  We'll be working under the guidance of North Vancouver District Trail and Habitat Coordinator Graham Knell.

Trail Day is Saturday, May 31st. We'll be ready to go at about 9:00 a.m. but please come early. Many volunteers makes for light work so we hope you -- and friends and family--can come out to help for a few hours.  There will be coffee and treats from Delany's Coffee.  No special skills required, although if you have a chainsaw, we'd really love to have you.

RSVP by Wednesday, May 28th.  Although you can come and help at the last minute, an early reply will help us plan for the goodies and organize the amount of work we can do on the trail.

To volunteer for Trail Day, please e-mail our Volunteer Coordinator.
